Jennifer A. Jean-Francois, MS, BS

My name is Jennifer (Noel) Jean-Francois, and I am the Founder and Owner of J. Noel's Powerhouse Solutions. I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Adelphi University and a master’s degree in project management from the University of Maryland. Over three decades, I have gained extensive experience working across various industries, including advertising, media, manufacturing, retail, and asset management. During this time, I have maintained and prepared financial statements and budgets, served as the lead liaison on bank audits, as well as internal and external company audits. I have also overseen financial teams, managed day-to-day organizational operations, supervised system implementations, handled multimillion-dollar transactions, and contributed to the opening of stores in California and Wyoming.
 

One of my proudest achievements was in 2017 when I served as the managing consultant for Home Depot's acquisition of the Company Store brand. In this role, I facilitated the transition of the Company Store's finance team duties to Home Depot, a process that continued through November 2018. Throughout my career, I have provided personal consultations and advice to coworkers, family, and friends. Helping them organize their finances and addressing their questions gave me a great sense of fulfillment. This experience led me to realize that I should start my own business.
 

J. Noel's Powerhouse Solutions is dedicated to offering bookkeeping and consulting services to small businesses. I am deeply passionate about mentoring, conducting financial competency labs for individuals, young scholars and entrepreneurs. I take immense pride in ensuring each client is satisfied and on the right path to achieving their financial goals.
 

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling, cooking, working out and jumping Double Dutch. I am also learning to speak Haitian Kreyol and cherish spending time with my loved ones.
